Here’s why the Circle stock price may jump by 30% soon

by admin March 19, 2026
March 19, 2026

Circle stock price continued its strong recovery, soaring to its highest level since October 2025, as investors cheered the recent earnings and the ongoing USDC growth.

CRCL jumped to $139 on Tuesday, up by over 172% from its lowest level this year.

USDC growth is gaining momentum

There are signs that demand for stablecoins is rising again after pulling back a bit in February.

Data compiled by CoinMarketCap shows that the coin’s market capitalization has jumped to over $80 billion, up significantly from last month’s low of $70 billion.

USDC is growing at a faster pace than USDT. For example, its market capitalization rose by 8% in the last 30 days, while USDT jumped by just 0.22% in the same period.

Similarly, according to Artemis, USDC handled transactions worth over $6 trillion in the last 30 days, much higher than USDT’s $1.2 trillion.

A likely reason for this is that the GENIUS Act made the USDT stablecoin illegal in the United States because it is backed by several assets, including gold, Bitcoin, and corporate bonds.

Soaring USDC volume is a highly bullish catalyst for the CRCL stock because of its business model. The company makes money by just investing its USDC reserves into short-term government bonds.

As such, its business thrives when the reserves and short-term bond yields are rising.

Analysts believe that short-term government bonds will remain elevated for a while because of the ongoing inflation risks in the United States as the Iran war continues.

Crude oil has remained above $100, and analysts caution that it may keep rising amid the Strait of Hormuz closure.

Circle’s other businesses are doing well this year. For example, USYC, its money market fund, has continued growing, with its market capitalisation jumping by 48% in the last 30 days to $2.38 billion.

This growth has made it the biggest tokenised money market fund in the industry.

Similarly, the Circle Payment Network (CPN), which aims to disrupt the Swift network, continues to grow, with over 55 banks and financial services companies already joining.

More companies are expected to join the network in the coming years.

CPN aims to simplify how money moves globally by connecting banks, virtual assets payment providers, and other fintech companies, making the USDC the settlement layer.

By leveraging this technology, the platform simplifies how money moves, reducing the average transaction time from hours or days to minutes.

The daily chart shows that the CRCL stock price has done well recently, moving from the all-time low of $48.45 on February 5 to the current $133.

It has moved above the key resistance level at $64.50, its lowest level in November last year.

The stock has already moved above the 23.6% Fibonacci Retracement level at $107.

It has also jumped above the 50-day Exponential Moving Average (EMA) and the Strong pivot reverse level.

Therefore, the stock will likely continue rising as bulls target the 50% retracement level at $175, which is along the 50% Fibonacci Retracement level.

This price coincides with the extreme overshoot level of the Murrey Math Lines tool.
